With roots in Northern Nevada, RC came to Fernley in 1998 & is where he chose to raise his family. Real Estate is a passion for RC, & with his background in Business Management, it is easy to see why 50+ Clients closed in 2023 with RC's help and guidance with buying and selling.
RC has been apart of the Sierra Nevada Properties family for 8+years & in the industry for 35+ years, but he isn't just passionate about helping families find their next home. RC has served on his local Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation & loves being apart of other Fernley community events.

If you want your house sold in this hostile market you're going to want RC and his team in your corner. Without them? You're going to loose thousands. Our biggest mistake was not going with them sooner and trying to do a FSBO. It's not worth it. Selling your home is your biggest investment, let the pros like RC handle it so you don't have to stress.
